The service

ChartLab provides BaZi chart tools, AI-generated readings, and Consult reports for personal insight and entertainment.

Accounts

You must sign in to use the app. You are responsible for your account activity.

You must provide accurate birth information. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent where required by law.

Credits and free trial

New accounts receive a limited free trial (3 Chart Lab readings and 1 Consult).

After the trial, Chart Lab Read costs 1 credit; Consult report costs 5 credits. Cached re-reads of the same path do not charge again.

Credits are digital goods. See the Refund Policy.

Payments

Paid credit packs are processed by Stripe when live checkout is enabled.

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Test-mode payments are not real money.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, scrape it, resell readings, or attempt to bypass credit limits.

We may suspend access for abuse or legal requirements.

ChartLab is provided "as is" without warranties. Readings are AI-generated interpretive content, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law under Singapore law, the Operator's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ChartLab in the 12 months before the claim.

The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes should first be raised via Settings → Feedback.
