Refund Policy

Digital credits
Credits are consumable digital goods. Once spent on a Read or Consult, those credits are not refundable.
Unused purchases
If you purchased credits in live mode and have not spent any credits from that purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days via Settings → Feedback.
Refunds, when approved, are processed through Stripe only.
Test mode
While Stripe is in test mode, payments are simulated. No real refunds apply.
Technical failure
If payment succeeded but credits were not granted, or a Consult report failed after credits were charged, contact us via Settings → Feedback (Billing & credits) with the approximate time. We will restore credits or refund at our discretion.
How to request
Use Settings → Feedback and choose Billing & credits to request a refund or report a billing issue.
